Please Note ; Lauren apartment has Friday changeover
days for 2012 bookings(flexible out of season).
Prices per week for parties of upto 4 persons.
Extra guests
will be charged £30 per person per week. Maximum 5 guests.
The rental charge includes;
- Towel change every 3-4 days, full cleaning and linen change weekly.
- Use of airconditioning
- A welcome pack of food essentials for your arrival.
- We personally welcome you on arrival and are available
to offer help and advice during your stay.
During
the winter months, a £15 per week, local charge is made for fuel for the wood burner.
Xmas bookings ; the
apartment will be decorated festively.
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure a booking, the balance being
due 8 weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: If guests cancel their bookings, no refunds will be given on payments
made. Please ensure you take out travel insurance when booking your holiday.
A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is required on arrival. This will be refunded
at the end of your holiday, less the cost of any damages. Minor breakages, i.e the odd glass, plate etc, will be overlooked.
RETURN AIRPORT TRANSFERS
FROM DALAMAN AIRPORT can be pre arranged by us at a charge of £70 for parties of upto 3, or £80 for
parties of 4-5. This is payable on arrival at the property. (prices are for 2011 bookings, 2012 prices to be confirmed)
