Lauren 1 is a two bedroomed, ground floor apartment. The Lauren site is very private and exclusive,
with the landscaped gardens and large pool being shared only with the apartment above.
The apartment benefits from a private, large, covered terrace which has a commanding position
overlooking the pool, with rural and mountain views all round.
Lauren is just a 10 minute stroll from the lively, family friendly resort of Hisaronu and a
10 minute Dolmus ride from the breathtaking coastline of OluDeniz.
Lauren has the ideal location for all amenties. Car hire is not essential.

Airport Transfers Return
transfers from Dalaman airport can be arranged in advance with us. £70
for parties upto 3 persons, £80 for parties of 4-6 Deposits A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. A
refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to departure to cover any breakages. Cancellations If parties cancel their holiday,
no refund will be offered on payments made to date...please ensure you take out travel insurance when you book your holiday.
Other properties
We have contact with several other owners on and around the Magnolia developement, and the owner
of the other apartment at Lauren, who also rent out their properties. Therefore we can help with larger parties
or multiple groups, or if the dates you want are already booked.

Our apartment was built in 2004-2005 by Nicholas Homes.
It has been finished and furnished to very high standards to provide quality holiday accommodation.
It has two bedrooms, one double, one twin and a double
sofa bed in the lounge, thereby accommodating upto 6 guests at a time.
The apartment is fully equipped to give our guests a home
from home in the sun.
