The Village
Apartment (C5) is a first floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom premium quality apartment set on the highly desirable 'Village
Complex'. Set on the outskirts of Ovacik, The Village is a gated complex, designed to have that rustic feel, with stone
built cottages and cobbled lanes.

The Village Apartment has be designed and furnished for couples who enjoy a bit of luxury on their holidays. We have upgraded
many of the features in the apartment and given it a modern, contemporary feel. The apartment was built in 2005, but since
we took ownership in 2010, we have renovated and upgraded most features.
The Village is located on the outskirts of Ovacik, so has a very peaceful setting with
glorious views over the Ovacik valley and up at Babadag and Mendos Mountains. The nearest Dolmus (minibus) stop is just 2
minutes walk away at the entrance to the site. The Dolmus' run every few minutes to Hisaronu, OluDeniz and Fethiye for
just a few pence.
Although the bustling resort of Hisaronu is a 30 minute walk away, there are restaurants, hotels and
grocery shops within easy walking distance.

for parties upto 2 and include :

Airport Transfers Return
transfers from Dalaman airport can be arranged in advance with us. Cost
for return airport transfers to The Village Apartment, £70. If required, this can be paid for on arrival. Deposits A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. A
refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to departure to cover any breakages. Cancellations If parties cancel
their holiday, no refund will be offered on payments made to date...please ensure you take out travel insurance when you book
your holiday.
Other properties on The Village
We have contact with other owners on The Village who rent out their properties if more than one property
is required.
