'Magnolia' is a small, exclusive complex of 10 apartments and 10 villas, located in Ovacik, on the Turquoise coast of south west Turkey. It boasts magnificent mountain scenery and is just a 12 minute stroll from the lively village of Hisaronu and a 10 minute 'dolmus' ride from the breathtaking coastline of Olu Deniz, making car hire non essential

Our apartment (C2) was completed in 2003 and occupies the top 2 floors, it has 2 bedrooms, sleeping upto 6 people and has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard to provide a home from home in the sun.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Return transfers from Dalaman airport can be arranged in advance with us.

£70 for parties of upto 3 persons, £80 for parties of 4-6

Deposits

A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to departure to cover any breakages.

Cancellations

If parties cancel their holiday, no refunds will be given on payments made to date....Please ensure you take out travel insurance when you make your reservation.

Other properties

We have contact with several other owners on and around the Magnolia developement who also rent out their properties. Therefore we can help with larger parties or multiple groups, or if the dates you want are already booked.
