Once a provisional booking has been agreed, this terms and conditions document must
be printed and signed by the designated party leader (hereafter known as ‘the customer’), who must be at least
18 years of age, and returned by us (hereafter known as ‘the owner’). All future correspondence will be with the
customer. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by Email on receipt of this signed document and payment as agreed. The
issue of this confirmation and the signing of this document constitutes a contract between the customer and owner, which is
governed law.
Payments. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required. In all
other cases a deposit of 50GBP per week is required at the time of booking and the balance is due not less than 8 weeks prior
to arrival. In the event of full payment not being made by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Any deposit paid will be forfeited by the customer.
Accommodation. Access to the property is only made available from the first agreed date of rental from 15.00hrs
and must be vacated on the agreed departure date by 12.00hrs. The property is reserved exclusively for those people named
on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay there unless agreed by Email with the owner prior to the rental
period. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people, sleeping in 2 bedrooms. Under no circumstance will any animals be
allowed in the home (except dogs to aid sight or hearing) On arrival at the rental property, we will take 200GBP from the
party as a breakages and damages deposit. Deposit. On arrival at the rental property, we will take 200GBP in
cash sterling from the party as a breakages and damages deposit. This will be refunded on departure less any costs to cover
damages or breakages. Minor accidents are inevitable and we will not penalize for minor breakages eg a glass or plate. Air-conditioning. The cost of airconditioning is included in the rental charges. However, evidence of
misuse of the airconditioning units, ie repeatedly leaving them running when the property is not occupied, will result in
£30 per week being withheld when your deposit is returned. Airconditioning is an expensive luxury which many other holiday
property owners charge for. It is free to our guests providing they do not abuse its use. Changes made by the customer.
The owner will endeavour to facilitate any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed. The alteration will
become effective as soon as the owner sends Email confirmation to the customer of the changes.
Cancellations made by the customer. Cancellations
must be made in the first instance either by telephone or by Email. No refunds are given on payments made to dates. Please
ensure you take out travel insurance as soon as a booking is made.
Changes/cancellations made by
the owner. If circumstances beyond the owners control make the rental home unavailable, then the customer will
be advised as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or
a full refund of monies will be given.
Complaints. If there are any problems with the rental
home or services during the rental period, please notify us immediately by telephone or mobile text. We will endeavour to
rectify any problems immediately.
Travel insurance. It is considered ESSENTIAL for
the customer and all persons using the property named on the booking form to hold suitable holiday, medical and travel insurance.
It is advisable for this insurance to be in place at the time the rental booking is made.
Liabilities. The
owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of third parties which may prevent or disrupt
a customers booking. The booking contract exists between the owner and the customer and is limited to the rental period of
the property and associated services only. The information and descriptions supplied to the customer are believed to be accurate
and offered in good faith. Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond
our control, for which the owner accept not liability. In addition, no liability can be accepted by the owner for any injury,
loss of personal effects, loss or damage to the customer, any member of the customers party or any visitor to the property
arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the rental property or the pool. The customer must ensure that all children
are supervised at all times whilst in or around the pool.
Transfers. Transfers from
the airport to the rental property can be arranged. Please contact us for further details. Reputable companies are used where
possible. The owner does not accept any liability or responsibility for any claims arising from the customer or those nominated
in the booking in regard to accidents or damage to them or their property resulting from the transfer from Dalaman airport
to the rental property.
Force Majeure. No liability can be accepted by the owner where the
contract is affected by ‘force majeure’. In context of these terms and conditions, ‘force majeure’
is any event that the owner could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to,
war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of god, terrorist activity,
earthquake, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation or other events outside
the owners control.
